Grow your practice.Not your workload.
Built to connect visibility, communications, team knowledge and business performance — from one doctor to a whole clinic group.
For one doctor.
Or the whole group.
Select your practice type to explore the priorities Prakta is designed to bring together — from getting found to keeping everyone on the same page.
A single-consultant urology practice wants to stop losing an evening a week to review replies and page updates, without hiring anyone new.
- Know where you rank for the searches that actually bring patients in.
- Keep review replies warm and consistent, without writing every one from scratch.
- See next week's priorities in one short list, not five different logins.
One Prakta package, set up around your practice.
A private GP practice with a receptionist and two part-time clinicians needs enquiries, reviews and shared procedures to stop living in someone's inbox and memory.
- Track which enquiry still needs a reply, and who is meant to send it.
- Find shared SOPs — staff onboarding, cancellation admin and hand-overs — in one place as the knowledge workspace develops.
- Give the practice manager a weekly view without asking around.
One Prakta package, with SOPs & team operations included.
A medical-specialty group across three sites wants one owner-level view of enquiries, service mix and revenue and costs, instead of exporting spreadsheets from separate systems each month.
- Compare locations and clinicians side by side from approved sources or imports.
- Keep administrative procedures consistent across sites as the knowledge workspace develops.
- Explore team access matched to each person's responsibilities.
One Prakta package; knowledge and team-access tools included. Agree users, locations and workflows with the team during onboarding — see pricing.
A multidisciplinary clinic with several specialties under one roof wants shared visibility, one place to check referral hand-offs, and oversight across the whole team, not just one list per clinician.
- Unify visibility and reviews across every specialty on the same site.
- Give the practice owner a single oversight view across teams and locations.
- Track referral hand-offs and follow-up ownership as the workspace expands.
One Prakta package, with group-owner oversight and clinical workflows included — see pricing.
A thriving practice takes more than a full clinic.
Getting found. Following up. Preparing for clinic. Keeping everyone on the same page. Making the numbers make sense. Growth gets harder when all of it lives in different places — for one consultant or a whole group.
Great care. Hard to find.
Patients search by treatment and location. If your expertise isn't visible there, your reputation only takes you so far.
Get found →Interest needs a next step.
Website forms, inboxes and phone calls tell different parts of the story. See which enquiry still needs a reply.
Keep enquiries moving →The clinic ends. The admin doesn't.
Results behind separate logins. Letters waiting to be written. Repetitive work that competes with the work only you can do.
See how it works →Every answer, a different version.
Protocols live in a handbook nobody opens, a shared drive, and someone's memory. New team members learn a different version each time.
Explore practice knowledge →Tasks get said, not tracked.
A task mentioned in a corridor or a group chat has no owner, no due date and no record it happened at all.
Explore team workflows →Busy isn't a business metric.
A full diary doesn't explain what brings patients in, where work piles up, or how a group's locations compare.
See the bigger picture →Find the opportunity.
Make room for it.
Bring patient growth, day-to-day work and owner reporting into one clearer picture. Explore each area to see how Prakta is designed to help.
Visibility foundations
Start with a clearer pictureWhere can patients find you? What needs attention? What should you work on first? Start with Google, your website and your reviews, using the sources and connections confirmed for your practice.
Search visibility
Treatment-and-location searches, not just your name — a more useful starting point for understanding discovery.
Google Business Profile
Profile details, categories, posts and photos, where a supported connection is available.
Reviews overview
A clearer picture of your public feedback and the replies that need attention.
Weekly priorities
A short list to focus the week, rather than another dashboard full of numbers.
Communications & enquiries
From insight to reviewed actionThe next layer moves from “what is happening?” to “what should we do about it?” Prakta is designed around useful drafts, opportunities and enquiry follow-up, with a person reviewing the work before it goes out. A shared practice CRM view is included as part of this pillar.
Content & FAQ drafts
A starting point for the page, post or answer your practice needs — ready for your review, not automatic publication.
Competitor opportunities
Turn a nearby practice's visible changes into questions worth exploring, not assumptions about guaranteed results.
Enquiry follow-up
Track next steps within your agreed setup, including calls your team logs manually.
Shared CRM & inbox
Messages, enquiry history and responsibilities in one view.
Team-reviewed replies
A named reviewer checks the wording before it is used. No automated clinical advice and no selective review invitations.
Clinical administration
IncludedThe repetitive work around a clinic day: preparing for it, writing up after it, and following up on what it produced — with a clinician reviewing every draft before it reaches a patient.
Clinician-reviewed letter drafts
A starting point for a clinic letter, always checked and finalised by the clinician — never sent unreviewed.
Referral & result follow-up
A visible list of referrals sent and results awaiting review, with an owner — not autonomous triage or diagnosis.
Pre-clinic summaries
A clinician-reviewed briefing ahead of an appointment, drawn from sources you've approved.
Audit trail
A record of who handled a referral, letter or follow-up and when — a design requirement, not a compliance certification.
Business oversight
Approved-source reportingA busy diary tells only part of the story. Prakta's intended scope includes multi-location oversight and a clearer view of activity, income and costs, using agreed sources or imports — not assumed access to your accounts or clinical systems.
Monthly Growth Score
One number built from visibility, profile, reviews, website and content sub-scores.
Multi-location overview
Compare locations or doctors side by side, for practices with more than one site.
Revenue, costs & activity
Explore the relationship between activity, income and operating costs from approved imports. Reporting from approved sources, not an accounting system or a revenue guarantee.
Advanced workflow configuration
Tune how priorities are ranked and who needs to approve what.
SOPs & practice knowledge
IncludedOne searchable place for your practice handbook and administrative procedures, with answers linked to the document they came from — not a black box. See an example under Ask Prakta.
Searchable handbook
Administrative procedures, checklists and updates kept in one place instead of scattered folders and chat threads.
Source-linked answers
An answer is designed to link back to the document it came from, so your team can check the original themselves.
Update tracking
See when a protocol changed, and who still needs to read the current version.
Consistent onboarding
New team members work from today's process, not a PDF from last year.
Team & operations
IncludedTurn a priority into a task with an owner, a due date and a visible hand-off — designed for a solo practice adding its first team member through to a multi-site group. Role-based access and group-owner oversight are included as part of the workspace.
Task ownership & due dates
Every priority that becomes work has a named owner and a date, not just a mention in passing.
Shared calendars & hand-offs
A visible record of who picked up what, and what happened next.
Role-based access
Access matched to each person's responsibilities.
Group-owner oversight
For medical-specialty groups and multidisciplinary clinics: one view of progress across teams and locations, alongside multi-location reporting.
Less dashboard digging.
More “here's what to do next.”
Choose a question. Explore the answer, check its source and try assigning the next step — using sample practice information, not a live account.
This week's visibility priorities
- Your sample ranking for “urologist St Albans” has moved from 5 to 7. A competitor has added a dedicated page; that is a clue, not proof of the cause.
- Next step: review a location-page outline against the services you actually offer.
- Then check whether your Google Business Profile categories still match your practice.
3 reviews are waiting
- 2 five-star reviews — a warm, on-brand reply is drafted for each.
- 1 three-star review — a calm, non-defensive reply is drafted, flagged for your personal read-through first.
- Every patient who was asked for a review received the same invitation, regardless of expected sentiment.
This month's content plan (illustrative)
- 2 treatment pages: raised PSA (Watford), TURP (Hertfordshire).
- 4 FAQs added to your existing prostate clinic page.
- 3 Google Business Profile posts, timed around your clinic days.
Quarter overview (illustrative)
- Growth Score: 74/100, up 6 points on the quarter.
- Enquiries: 129 tracked, 81 booked — from sources you've approved.
- Weakest area: website (61/100) — mostly page-speed and missing FAQs.
New team-member onboarding — sourced answer
Illustrative example- Step 3 of 6: complete the practice's induction checklist and shared-systems walkthrough.
- Step 4: confirm which weekly meetings and hand-off channels the new starter joins.

Start with the right setup.
Then work on what matters.
Get started with the team, not an automatic migration. Agree your practice details, supported connections and available features — whether that's a single consultant or a multi-site group — then decide who reviews the work.
Share your setup
Your practice type, locations, current tools and the people who will use Prakta. No patient records needed.
Confirm connections
Check which Google Business Profile, website and — where relevant — practice-knowledge sources can be supported.
Agree the scope
Confirm the features available for your setup and choose who reviews each type of work.
Review the work
Turn a priority into a draft, then have the appropriate person check and approve it.
Track progress
Review what was completed, what changed and what still needs attention across the team.
Don't just watch the numbers.
Know your next move.
The Growth Score brings visibility signals into one view, so the next action is easier to see. Deeper activity reporting would build on data you choose to connect.
- Visibility, profile, reviews, website and content — together, not in separate tabs.
- A short, ranked list of priorities, with a reason behind each one.
- Approved-source reporting for a more informed conversation about growth.
Illustrative scores, not measured results. Equal-weight average shown for this demo; final methodology is unconfirmed. Not a revenue forecast or a measure of clinical quality.
Keep the systems you trust.
Rethink the work between them.
The aim is to work alongside your existing practice management system, not force a disruptive move — whether that's one clinician's diary or a group's multi-site systems. Start with visibility; explore more as the product develops.
Designed alongside, not instead of. These are product design principles. Compatibility with your specific practice management system, clinical data handling and security controls need to be confirmed for your setup before you rely on a connected workflow.
Human judgement stays in charge
The intended workflow puts a named reviewer between an AI draft and anything published or sent. Clinical decisions stay with the clinician.
Connect deliberately
Source-by-source permissions and original-record checks are design requirements. No assumed access and no bypassing MFA or VPN controls.
Your reputation, handled properly
Review invitations should be fair, whatever the expected feedback. Replies remain drafts until your team has checked them.
See the whole practice
The team workspace focuses on priorities, ownership and hand-overs across locations. Access should follow each team member's responsibilities.

A few things
worth knowing.
Who it's for, how setup works, and how pricing works.
Who is Prakta built for?
Solo consultants, private GPs, medical-specialty groups and multidisciplinary clinics who want a clearer view of growth and less repetitive work around it — whether working independently or across several locations and specialties.
Is there more than one plan?
No. There is one Prakta package covering the platform areas on this page. You choose how to pay: Monthly or Yearly. Confirm your exact setup and data sources with the team during onboarding.
Are all connections and modules available today?
Yes. A connected practice CRM, inbox/calendar, SOPs & knowledge, team operations and role-based permissions are all included in the Prakta package. The team will confirm your exact setup and data sources when you subscribe.
How does setup work?
Setup is handled with the team. Start with your practice details, website, Google Business Profile and existing tools, then confirm supported connections, available modules and who reviews the work. Checkout does not automatically connect accounts or migrate records. Do not provide identifiable patient data during this setup.
Will Prakta work with my practice management system?
Prakta is designed to sit alongside your existing systems, not replace them. Connections depend on the system, permissions and available data. The team checks support for your practice management system, hospital portal or inbox during setup, before you rely on a connected workflow.
Who reviews what Prakta drafts?
A named person on your team. The intended workflow is draft, review, approve: a page, FAQ or review reply is a starting point, not something to send unchecked. Agree reviewer responsibilities during setup; the future role-permission system is separate from that human approval process.
Will my practice manager and team have different access?
Yes: owner, manager and team access matched to each person's responsibilities. Role-based permissions are included and are configured and tested with the team as part of setting up your connected workspace.
What are SOPs & practice knowledge and Team & operations?
Yes: a searchable handbook with source-linked answers, plus task ownership, hand-overs and group-owner oversight, are all included. Try the example under Ask Prakta.
How do review invitations work — do you only ask happy patients?
No. Every patient invited to leave a review gets the same invitation, regardless of how positive we expect the response to be. Selectively soliciting positive reviews isn't something we build, and it isn't permitted by Google's own contribution policy.
Can I use Prakta for patient records, clinic preparation or letters?
Yes, pre-clinic summaries, letter drafts and clinical follow-up are included in the Prakta package. Do not upload identifiable patient data or use these examples for clinical decisions — every draft goes through clinician review, appropriate permissions and checks against original records, never bypassing your practice's MFA or VPN.
We're a group with several sites — how does pricing work?
The same single Prakta package applies. Your users, locations and workflows are agreed with the team during onboarding; no per-seat pricing is shown here.
How do Monthly and Yearly billing work?
Monthly: £297 per calendar month, plus a one-time £1,500 onboarding fee due now. Your first monthly payment is taken 6 weeks after your onboarding actually begins, not 6 weeks after you pay.
Yearly: £2,964 paid once for 12 months — equivalent to £247 a month. There is no onboarding fee and no monthly charge.
Yearly saves £600 on the subscription compared with 12 monthly payments (£3,564). The Monthly onboarding fee is separate.
